At Swadence Foods, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienically packed products to your doorstep in a timely manner.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro / rural areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner operations, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected order values or during promotional periods.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes and order values.
  • Swadence Foods reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or products.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

A replacement or refund will be provided only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • An incorrect item is delivered
  • The package is tampered with at the time of delivery

Reporting Timeline

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customers must provide:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Taste preference or personal dislike
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Opened or used food products (as per food safety and hygiene standards)

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
